Today, we stared our day at Eaton. I think the aspect of Eaton that seemed the most applicable to global engineering challenges was their intelligent energy systems. They are trying to implement intelligent energy systems to improve the quality of life of their clients as well as implement solutions into businesses. Next, we went to the Cold War Museum. I think it’s so amazing that they are able to preserve all of the cold war artifacts. It is important to teach people about the ways of life during communism as to not repeat history, and I think Prague, in general, does a great job of preserving history. Prague has such a rich engineering and historical heritage. The cold war museum was definitely one of the highlights of my trip. After that, we went to the ghost tour. I thought the tour was really interesting. I really enjoyed the parts about the black death, as well as learning about the executioners, as I had never realized how they were chosen. In general, this trip has been so amazing. I am so sad we were almost at the end of this program. I have made so many friends and memories, and I cannot wait to make more toward the end of this trip.
