On Saturday, we went to Cesky Krumlov! We started by taking a guided tour of the castle. I though the castle was absolutely incredible. The fact that they are able to preserve so much of the history of this building is incredible. I felt like I was fully emersed in all the time periods that were represented in the guided tour. What I loved most about walking through the castle was all of the artwork that was displayed. I love looking at artwork from different time periods to get a better glimpse of what life was like. Then, we went on a walk through the town. We stopped in a variety of shops and looked at the local businesses in the area. We also stopped and got Doner Kebabs, which were amazing. Throughout the day, all I could think about was how fast this trip went. I am so glad that I decided to study abroad in Prague, and I can’t believe I was so afraid to take on this endeavor. It has truly made me want to travel more, and I can’t wait to experience more of this world!
