Being home is the most bitter sweet feeling I have ever felt. I had an absolutely AMAZING time in Prague. I think traveling to a different country has given me a new perspective on engineering which will make me a great addition to any team in the future. It also made me realize American engineers are doing a lot of things wrong.
For anyone traveling to Prague I recommend having extremely comfortable shoes.m, we walked minimum 20k steps a day. Also, having a reusable water bottle was a must, without it you will be paying for water everywhere you go. Last thing is pack light because you will want to buy everything you see while you are there.
I am most grateful for the people I have met on this trip. I never imagined making life long friendships from just 2 weeks but I definitely did. Not only were the students amazing, but Dr. Sacre, Chris, and Jana could not have been a better set of faculty for this trip. I greatly appreciate this experience and it’s something I will never forget.
