On day three in Iceland, March 9 2026, we started off with a taste of Iceland eating Greenland shark, lamb’s head, and lamb intestines!

We then set off to an Icelandic farmers greenhouses where we learned about how he grows tomatoes and strawberries. We ate some of his famous tomato soup!

We then went to Gullfoss and saw the waterfall there and then went to saw the geysir which is about 75 feet deep and shoots water and steam over 150 feet in the air!
