There is just a couple hours left until I board my flight to Prague! I’ve wanted to go to Prague for some time now after hearing stories from my family and friends about the times they visited and how much they love the city. What really excites me is the opportunity to explore a new city with so much rich history and culture.
I am also really interested in learning more about the engineering that is happening in the Czech Republic and seeing how they overcome the engineering challenges that they face. I hope to take some of that new perspective with me back home.
This will be the second global experience I’ve done while at Pitt. The first one was this past spring break where me and my peers traveled to Iceland to learn more about their history and engineering. I’m very curious to learn about the similarities and differences between the two countries and their engineering practices.
