Helloo everyone!!! I’m excited to visit Prague for the first time and immerse myself in a completely new cultural environment. The city’s historic architecture and everyday culture are probably what excite me most, and I can’t wait to see how daily life compares to what I’m used to here at home. Through this experience, I hope to learn how engineering and infrastructure differ internationally, particularly how cultural perspectives influence problem-solving and design. I’m also looking forward to improving my ability to communicate across cultures and becoming more adaptable in unfamiliar settings.
On another note, though, I’m curious about how people in Prague spend their leisure time and what everyday routines look like. Also, as I keep doing my research on what to do in Prague, I keep finding new coffee shops and cafes, so I definitely cannot wait to try them. I know this experience will not only broaden my perspective on global engineering practices but also help shape my future career by encouraging me to think more critically, communicate effectively, and pay closer attention to the details that define different cultures. I keep thinking of new things to pack in my suitcase, so honestly, what I’m most excited about is checking in my bag and forgetting about it!!!
