I am very grateful to have the opportunity to go to Prague this summer with other Swanson students and faculty! I have traveled abroad three times prior to this, to Canada, Spain, and France. I am hoping to learn how different cultures bring unique perspectives to engineering through the many site visits we get to go to. Each of my previous visits abroad have been to either visit family or explore a new country, so this is my first international experience with an educational aspect. It’s been a while since I’ve been flying, so I’m definitely eager to get on the plane!
Outside of academics, I’m really excited to get on the ground in Prague and start exploring as much as possible in our short two weeks!
