We started off our day learning and exploring the ancient waste management system that Prague created a very long time ago but still uses today. What I took most from this visit was how much attention to detail the Czechs have when creating something. Even with this project being so long ago, their attention to detail truly caused this project to be a permanent solution instead of a temporary one. Next we took a trip to Charles University . Our first class was on the history of engineering in Prague. We learned about how the geographical location of Prague really factored in the resources, including many minerals and gems, that Prague could offer. This influenced how engineering was catered towards getting these resources. Finally, the language crash course. We learned simple phrases that we could use throughout the rest of our time. While simple, these phrases were quite difficult to remember and pronounce  correctly. Overall a great day and learned some awesome things about Prague!
