What a fun day! Today we went to the wastewater treatment facility and learned about the Czech’s extensive engineering innovation to handle the amount of waste and sewage in the city. From the tour guide and manager of facility I could tell he was super passionate and proud of what he does and how it helps the city. I would imagine compared to the US the Czech’s system has much older components as it was built in 1916 and parts still operate.
So far it has been an amazing experience! I especially have enjoyed shopping and learning about The Czech Republic’s industrial history. Looking foward to tomorrow!
