Walking through the streets of Florence the influence of the renaissance is around every corner and shows what the people who planned out the city were thinking. On the streets business and apartments are intermixed with one another giving the people in the city an easy way to get what they need. Many of the streets are very narrow and watching cars navigating them is daunting as they get through the cramped corridors. As these streets were put into place it is easy to see that cars were not in mind but people trekking around the city were to get around this small walkable city.
