Swanson School of Engineering

We started off the day doing a scavenger hunt with a local student from Charles University. It was very interesting to do the hunt with a local and talk to him about his experiences with school in Prague compared to ours in Pittsburgh. We then visited the CBIC where we learned about them supporting regional development and startups surrounding Prague. We compared, contrasted, and debated where was best to have a startup between Prague and Pittsburgh. We then went back to Charles University to sit in on two lectures learning more about the history of Czechia. Czechia has been through many setbacks and obstacles but is amazing to see them on the other side stronger than ever.
