Terezin, especially the small fortress was super interesting to see. I have been interested in the holocaust and history surrounding it for a while, and seeing a real part of history from it was fascinating. Like Jana had mentioned, it is important to be educated on history in able to prevent it from repeating. So being able to see the fortress first hand, as well as the living conditions that the Jews had to endure, was an extremely eye opening experience that cannot be replicated unless seen in person. All in all, it was a super unique, eye opening, and important experience.
