Walking around the humanist city that is Pienza walking around it is seen this town was made with people in mind. The city center is based on human traffic opposed to the everyday in Florence where cars and people are all over the streets. Walking in this city it is seen that there are shops built into the ground level of many building but then extend up into housing for the people of the city. Looking back on this trip seeing this city being able to take this model to other cities could be great to increase the walkability because this is not something not seen in many places. This trip was a great experience to be able to see how cities can be planned in a way to only benefit people as in many cases this is not true.
