We started the day off by taking a trip to the local LEGO plant. We were greeted an started with a small introduction with what they did at this plant. They did not mold but were involved with processings, prepackaging, and packaging LEGO sets. We then we walked through facility tour where we saw lines as far as the eye could see either printing designs on bricks, creating prepackages, or filling complete sets and sealing the boxes. Some of these systems were person operated but most were fully automated. It really put in perspective how many machines go into one single set let alone the hundreds they have to offer. We then went to the brownsfield site where an old administrative building from the 1930s will be soon make into modern buildings such as art. What I took most from this visit was the balance of creating new and exciting buildings in Prague while still attempting to preserve ancient history of the city. Finally we completed the ghost tour where we were lead around Prague and were taught some more history on how this city may be haunted!
