Swanson School of Engineering

LEGO was super cool today! Similar to Skoda, it was really interesting seeing the behind the scenes of manufacturing and packing of the LEGO sets. I also thought it was so nice of them to give us our own sets. I also enjoyed the browns fields, as it gave insight on engineering starting from ground up. It all gave perspective on engineering possibilities, such as flipping old buildings to create newer, more modern societies. This also really connects to engineering and society as they explained how the public has a large say in what happens with old buildings being refurbished, and the community is super involved in decision processes to decide how engineering can be best used in favor of the general people.
