Yesterday for our afternoon off we started by going to the bakery Antoninovo Pekarstvi. I got to have my favorite pastry, poppyseed kolac, and then Andrew and I tried 7 other pastries. There were lots traditional baked goods I’ve never seen before like this toast with a pork spread that we tried. After the bakery, Sandra and I walked around to a few different pharmacies for skincare and decided to try a few new things. We then took the tram back to the hotel area and walked around to look for a hair salon, but ended up in a poster shop so I bought souvenirs for my family there and a poster for myself and I then ended up getting souvenirs for the rest of my family. I got my sister in law earrings and my mom a glass vase since Czech Republic is known for their glass. I then decided to take the tram over to Prague 3 to the graffiti store and got my brother a bunch of supplies that aren’t sold in the United States. When I got back I got ready for dinner reservations at a Georgian restaurant that a local recommended to me, Baraqa Georgian Cuisine. This was definitely one of the best meals I’ve had on this trip and a few of my friends agree, so we’re sad to find out there isn’t any Georgian food in Pittsburgh. After this we hung out on the rooftop and took pictures to remember one of our last nights all together!
