A moment I will remember from the organic farm is honestly just first arriving and seeing the beautiful view of the countryside. The patio overlooked a landscape of farms, trees and a small town on top of the hill in the distance. After we had been living and experiencing the city of Florence, I really appreciated having a day in the quieter, greener areas of Italy. Getting a taste of what life is like outside of large towns and cities, especially how the farm only obtains their food on the base was a really cool new perspective. But again, the view was something I’ll always remember and take with me when looking back on my travels.
